ONE SECOND PLEASE!

In a second a life can be made,
in a second life can be saved,
in a second death can be ebbed,
in a second all might get bread.
In a second, earth might be caved.
In a second the world can be crunched.
In a second,lesser than it,
the whole known world, began.
In a second bigger than it,
life still keeps its pun.
So what can be done,
when life is about to run
and the last second has begun?
Will you try to save it?
or will you try to live it?
or will you try to give it?
or will you try to fill it?
what choice can be made,
that will be the best,
that which will be the cleverest?
What will you choose to do,if you have only one second left? And well a few of you might know what is the above picture ,but still what is it?
Sure I will try to live it and I have to live only to give. Wonderful questions vishesh:)
I will take a deep breath and keep going.
What we know as time is just a dimension, Vishesh. Units of time have no True meaning, they just have a real meaning in life . . . one second on Mother Earth may not be equal to one second on Mars or Jupiter or some other distant planet somewhere in the universe. The only true time is Father Time . . . He is timeless . . . He cannot be measured in terms of units . . .
I will try try to live it…:P
It makes us realise how precious a second is.its so confusing to decide what can be done in a second.there are so many things to do.your poem makes us think that the one who utilises his precious second intelligently is the ‘winner’.
And well a few of you might know what is the above picture ,but still what is it?
You punched some holes in a piece of black paper, held it up to a bright light, moved it a fraction & took a picture?
If I had one second left, I’d shout as loud as possible a one syllable word. There wouldn’t be time for anything else.

Ah ha! You are painting already?
I can make a sound in a second. I believe it’s called projection.

I love the speed of this one, it seems to start off slow and then move up a notch every line that passes by!
1 second ? Omg !! Even inhaling all the air takes up about 2-3 seconds man !! 1 second is like the ultimate most tiny part of time !
That pic looks like a Galaxy to me ! Is it ?? 😀
I see STARS !! Bright Stars !! Whoa !
[…] poem that caught me into thinking was One Second Please by Vishesh, both thought provoking and well written! One not to be missed is definitely the one […]
