Never. Keep thinking. I’m not quite the philosopher you are, but perhaps more a theologian. Philosophy was hard in college.
Vishesh, when you have a moment, would you check out
From reading some of your articles, I think I’m out for the same thing you are in life, which is,
    Fred for Peace

  • descryingtheshadows says:

He he … Have been in your shoes often .. 🙂
ppl have often said the same things to me ..
My only answer to it: ” I think so I am and I think because I can and because I do it I am who I am else I would be YOU”

  • jane says:

if that scaled, yucky insect can think, you can think like no man ever has!

and you’re not thinking too much, cos when you think TWO much, you’re still thinking only TWO things..
n there’ a hellula lot more to think 🙂

  • jane says:

and i did the backtracking 🙂
all teh posts i missed 🙂

  • Nita says:

keep thinking! this is the only time you have! 🙂
on a serious note, always be yourself.

  • Sameera says:

Just because some people have an insight lesser than that of an ant, they don’t have to comment on those who do have a lot of it.Maybe they could borrow some of yours 😛

  • A says:

I think “thinking” is the way to go.. the more you think.. your actions are that much more controlled, well-thought and will tend to be more and more effective…

Thinking and writing the thoughts makes perspectives even more clearer

  • Suda says:

No, you don’t!!! Seriously, there is nothing like thinking less or extra. 🙂 Its just that You Think and others (who complain) fail to do it properly (or at least as profoundly as you can) . Nothing else. One should not measure how much he/she thinks (and *not at all* if he/she blogs).
SO leave the worries alone and keep your thinking journey going on.

  • Reema says:

Irons rusts from disuse, stagnant water loses its purity and in cold weather becomes frozen; even so does inaction sap the vigor of the mind. ~Leonardo da Vinci, Notebooks, 1508

So thinking is a must. And dont be discouraged by people who criticize it.

Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth, more than ruin, more even than death. Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man. ~Bertrand Russell

But then again, why so serious??? 😛 😛 LOL

  • HOBO says:

    Thinking or Dreaming ?
Dreaming is better because those who dream most, do the most – They say.

  • Priya says:

    Who said that?!
How could someone have said something like that to you?!

  • Dinesh Babu says:

Vishesh, it is ok to think too much and being philosophical. That’s who you are. I like to think too. When I sit down doing nothing, I keep thinking. It is a good exercise for the brain. But once a while it is good to not think about anything and just relax. I do that too. Sometimes I spend time like an idiot doing nothing and thinking nothing. It helps me to breathe, relax and rejuvenate.

  • Jeevan says:

I would like to tell, keep asking question to yourself and others to find answers what is not exist and unknown. Thinking is your freedom and the right to think, but too deep and much thinking often gives stress and confuse. nice cartoon! lol

  • Aaarti says:

Hmmm…. there are some who see something and just leave it, and others(like u, me and others) who chew on it for longer and then analyse it further….

    are we wierd?
do we need to stop thinking?

NOPE… the more we think, the more we see stuff others overlook…. it could be something superficial, or something deep.. but whatever be the case, thinking is something that is ALL OURS and we should continue doing so… but also try to bring into focus certain key areas…. dont think too much about why people tell you that your thinking so much, bla bla…. 🙂

there are times i wish i was doing what am doing now earlier…. maybe now is the time for me to think deep and try doing something to change my and others’ lives…

more power to your mind !!!:)

to those who say it – Bah!!! stop breaking into my thots…. 😀

  • Aaarti says:

Whoa.. dint realise i’d left such a long comment… 😀

    am sure you’ve read this===
Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

  • Scietech says:

Think, think, think . . . never stop thinking!

Thoughts are the only way to prevent the mind from decaying!

  • radha says:

Think cool, dot just think like most of the people. be shining and enlightened in your thoughts, be realistic and passionate, be greatly faithful and joyful, of the same joy that animated certain people in the history and in teh present times(of somebody u quoted the words in the left column of yr blog fro example). dont get too attached to your thoughts, in thoughtless awareness you can grow much deeper and much faster. discover the real joy in your mind. think TRUE things: not silly, not too serious, not useless. the best wishes for you and your beautiful mind!
