PONGAL NALVHATHUKAL :D

So the milk has boiled over and it’s pongal. Theatres are full, T.V. channels are completing for TRPs, so it’s Thai(try rhyming it with ‘ti’ in titration ) pongal – Pongalo pongal  . And yes, it is Tamil New year as well So Tamil Puthandu Nalvathukal

I am not going to post any pics, but am going to share an anecdote. It happened when I was in 5th We had a question in the tamil paper, which demanded us to write an essay about pongal. Now the word used in the question was ‘varaiga’, which literally means to draw. You can guess what I did (I actually thought, my school, had decided to make exams more fun, by giving us drawing for 10-15 marks
